PROPSBelow is a selection of props that I have made, modified or painted up. Halloween props made freelancing for AdamJessFX shop. Grenades pulled from gifted mold. One done in PT Flex rubber and the other in SP 200-12 flex foam. Toes pulled from handmade mold of original plaster positive. PT Flex rubber used. PT Flex toes. PT Flex toes. "Torn" edge crafted by intentionally messing up the edge while it was curing. 1:1 scale hammer cast with PT Flex. Handle supported with wooden dowel inside the rubber. Star Wars Props and Cosplay Covered this 3D print of a Mythosaur Skull with Smooth-On XTC 3D. Following photos show the first pass of weathering with an acrylic wash of mixed browns. Hasbro toy blaster modified with resin attachments to more closely match the movie E-11 blaster in Star Wars. Attached pre-made resin kit. Painted and weathered with acrylics. Aluminum tape used for the ejection port. Base made from wooden discs and dowels. Kick-Ass Cosplay Batons made for Kick-Ass cosplay. Made of PVC pipe, wrapped in green electrical tape. PVC endcap chosen to make it look as if the batons were made from metal pipe. Fabric hand loops made from re-useable bag. Secured under the electrical tape. Baton carrier made from thin styrene and PVC pipe. Rivets added for realistic detail. Velcro used for attachment to costume. Foam padding helps secure baton in place.
